Let's get excited! The month of March is National Nutrition month and we will be doing some fun things to celebrate!
We are inviting each of you to join in by participating in our poster contest and nutritional trivia. Please refer to back side for details.
Prizes will be awarded to winners!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE?
March is National Nutrition Month for 2018. One way of celebrating this is by inviting the students to share with us their HEALTHY favorite recipe from home.
It could be breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or even your favorite homemade snack!!! We will be collecting them all and we will create a John F. Ryan Elementary School Recipe Book for everyone to enjoy.
All recipes will be included with your name next to your recipe. Please submit them to one of us in the cafeteria by February 28, 2018.
Attached is the form that we would like you to submit your recipe.
Have fun!!! We look forward to seeing each and every tasty recipe!!!!!
Poster Contest
Posters to include your favorite nutritional meal. This
can be breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Please pass all poster entries into the cafeteria by
March 12th, 2018.
Nutritional Trivia
Trivia questions will be on food nutrition. We will be picking weekly winners!
